Isn't necrophilia illegal?
Let's admit it - being shot to death really was the best thing Tupac ever did, wasn't it? If he was alive today he'd probably be presenting MTV Rap Idol or Pimp My Ride. But, no, history dictated he be blown to bits so we get every idiot under the sun talking about his genius etc. Ho-hum.
What's even worse is, we just can't seem to get rid of him. A week doesn't seem to go by when there isn't another album of unreleased Tupac songs. And, no surprise, the quality of these is more than a little suspect.
They were demo's, they were out-takes. They never made it to record for reason, and Eminem can put all the bells and whistles on it that he likes, the old "can't polish a turd" saying rings true here.
I anticipate the no-doubt next Tupac album by, ooooh, Wednesday at least.
